Full-stack NodeJS Developer (Israel)

Our fast-growing AI insurtech startup is looking for an experienced & talented Full Stack
Developer to join our team and grow with us. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, LeO
builds world class chatbots designed for the Insurance Industry. Our offices are located in a
cute Working Space in Ramat Gan (close to B.S.R building) where we play around with chat
platforms - for work!


Must have:

  • At least 2 years experience in full stack/Backend web development

  • Proven work experience with JavaScript, Nodejs and Typescript - Must

  • Experience with OO JavaScript

  • Knowledge with asynchronous programming in JavaScript - ES7

  • Working knowledge in Git



  • Work experience with Microsoft Bot Framework - Big advantage

  • Work experience in Start Ups or small-medium companies

  • B.A. / B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent

  • Experience with Microservices Architecture.

  • Experience with NoSQL and big-data technologies.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Research key accounts, identify key players and generate interest of potential customers.

  • Outbound Prospecting – from identifying potential customers and partners for LeO through business       development opportunities and channel development in order to create a quality pipeline.

  • Schedule demos/discovery calls and frontal meetings.

  • Inbound Leads - follow up, educate, pre-qualify and develop substantial volume of relevant leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities based upon qualification criteria.

  • Work closely with the management and product teams.

  • Provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery to the assigned account executive.

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly meeting and opportunity targets.



  • Proven experience with insurance agencies / brokerages / companies and active network in the insurance industry in the US market - A MUST.

  • Highly organized, self-directed, a quick learner and a true team player who thrives in  fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

  • Strong proficiency with Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Prospect.

  • Familiarity with enterprise email marketing and marketing automation solutions – a PLUS.
